 1. Research and Development (R&D) Specialist  

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support product development projects, including concept creation, formulation, and testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Manufacturing) to ensure product scalability and quality.

Qualifications:

 2. Quality Control (QC) Analyst  

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure quality and safety.

- Maintain detailed documentation of all testing procedures, results, and corrective actions.

- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other relevant regulations and quality standards.

- Participate in internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.

- Experience in laboratory testing, particularly in the food/nutritional ingredient industry.

- Knowledge of quality systems, such as GMP, ISO, and HACCP.

3. Process Development Engineer  

Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for nutritional ingredients and supplements.

- Scale up lab processes to pilot and production levels while ensuring efficiency and quality.

- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.

- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement continuous process improvements.

- Prepare process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience in process development, optimization, and scale-up in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.

- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and process technologies in the nutritional industry.


4. Business Development Specialist  

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in the nutritional ingredients sector.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to develop and launch new products or services.
